Neg.Air01
Negative-pressure containment
Work areas are sealed in poly sheeting and held under negative air, so dust only moves one way: into the filters.
Δp ≥ −0.02 in. w.c.
Hazardous material abatement for homes and commercial buildings. We seal it off, take it out, and prove the air is clean, in writing.

Sec.04 — Procedure
The same sequence on every job, from a one-room basement to an occupied commercial floor.
A site visit. We identify suspect materials, coordinate sampling where it's needed, and define the scope.
A written scope, a schedule, and the notifications or permits the job requires, all before anyone picks up a tool.
The work area is isolated with poly sheeting and negative air. Occupants and the rest of the building stay protected.
Trained crews abate or remediate using wet methods and HEPA equipment. Waste is sealed and labeled as it leaves.
Final cleaning, then air clearance testing. The containment comes down only after the numbers pass.
Disposal records, air results and closeout paperwork: everything you need for your file, a buyer or the inspector.
05 / 07
Sec.05 — Site services
Same crew, same standards, on the outside of the building. Facades, concrete, lots, sidewalks and dumpster pads, with soft-wash for surfaces that can't take pressure.

Sec.06 — Field notes
Log.01Sample
They sealed off the basement, kept us updated every day, and handed us clearance results before we moved back in.
Log.02Sample
Scope, schedule and paperwork were exactly what our GC needed. No surprises and no delays for the next trade.
Log.03Sample
They worked around occupied floors without a single complaint. The air reports made our board meeting a short one.
